Adblue - technology with DPF and SCR catalyst in connection with latest motor technology distinguished Bijol wood skidder in terms of enviromental protection and fuel consumption. Driving through the articulated frame steering with double acting cylinders and automatic differential lock protects the floor from damage. At the same time it ensures big safety to the driver and comfortable ride through the forest. Huge advantage of the machine is operating via remote control. On the remote control we can drive the machine, lift / lower back shield and operate the winches.


Computer controled continuously variable hydrostatic drive, which allows the driver to use a power needed for houling timber in all conditions. At the same time alows higher speed of the machine on the field, where the conditions allows that kind of driving. With computer controlled drive and Tier 5 motor we achived minimal fuel consumption as well as better performance of the machine.

Vzdržljiv vitelWinch with helix gear and puling force of 2x10t and breaking force of 12t. Hydrostatic drive of the winch enables that we can get maximum power from the winch and it protects the chains and steel rope from damaging. At the beginig the winch is pulling slowly but after a predetermined time the speed increases at the avarage speed of 0,8 km/h

Features of unwinding device:
  • helps the user to unwind the steel rope
  • it ensures the tightnes between pulley and drum, which help to get more precise widing of the rope to the drum. This consequetly prolong the lifetime of the steel rope.
  • Unwinding device ensures higher safety, reliable operation and usage.

Unwinding device is assebled from purpuse-built upper pulley with hydromotor, electro-hydraulic control unit, electrical equipment and corresponding hydraulich hoses. In the pulley, there is assembled the rode with springs for setting the pressure betwen thick and thinner rope.

When we start the unwinding function, the brake is released. Then the oil flow goes to the hydromotor of unwinding device. The rope goes of the drum until we stop the unwinding function. We can set the speed of winding on the winch hydraulic valve block. During winding the rope to the drum, unwinding device slows the rope so we can achieve the precise winding and longer lifetime of the rope.
